Note: The return policy posted here is only for products purchased online. If you purchased a BBP Bag from another retailer, then you must follow their return policy.
If you want to return your order for any reason with the exception of a product defect, you can do so within 30 days of your order. Returns must be absolutely unused and in perfect condition to be resold.
For refunds, your credit card will be credited in about 2 weeks upon receipt of the returned product. We refund the price of the bag, but not including shipping. For example, if the bag price is $100 and shipping is $8, then we would refund $100. Credit card returns can only be refunded to the original card used and similarly for paypal payments.
Expenses for shipping the merchandise back are paid by the customer, unless the reason for exchange or return is due to an error by us (i.e. wrong item/color).

Without your info, we won't know how to process the refund. Please write the reason for returning the bag and in most cases we'll process it within 7 to 10 business days. Returned packages should be sent to the following address:

2. Send us your tracking number and reason for return to returns@bbpbags.com so that we know it's on it's way back to us.
3. Generally, it takes us about 5-10 business days once we recieve the package to process the return.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or color and want to exchange, here's how. This of course only applies to bags purchased on our site and has the same 30 day limit as our general returns policy. 1. Send us back the bag with your order information inside the package
