What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Sorry, but no checks, cash, or COD.
What about credits or refunds?
We will refund or credit the original payment method in most all cases.
Why do you charge NJ sales tax? NY sales tax?
Our accountants tell us since we have physical presence in NJ and NY, we have to charge NJ sales tax for orders being shipped to NJ and the same for NY orders. Sorry.

What size fits my new Macbook?
Unfortunately, the new MacBook 13 is too big for our small (although sometime 2008 we should have a slightly enlarged small) so you'll have to go for the Medium for now. We have adjusters that will keep your Macbook snug in the Medium. The MacBook Pro 15 fits the Medium exactly and the MacBook Pro 17 fits the Large exactly.
Where should the bag hang?
We recommend that the bag rest in the lumbar region of your back just above your bum. However, try out different heights to find your most comfortable position
Are the shoulder staps adjustable?
Yes, you can adjust both sides as well as the center strap.
How tall or short of a person do your bags fit?
Our testers are our CEO's 5' tall mother and a 6' 5" tall friend. So basically we sized it to fit quite a wide range of people.
Do you take custom design orders?
Sorry, we only do it for corporate or volume orders. If you're looking for a special promotional bag or gift bag, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
What other colors and styles are coming out?
Every 3 to 6 months we'll be coming out with new colors and styles. We strive to keep it fresh. We've just begun so expect some hot new styles in the upcoming months/years.
How do I clean and take care of my bag?
For our ballistic nylon, just hit it with some multi-cleaner like Windex or even some rubbing alcohol. Do not machine wash or dry clean your bag as this will void the warranty. Also, zipper life controls the usefulness of your bag. Never force a zipper to close an over-packed bag.
How long do your bags last?
Our bags are built to withstand the daily grind because we only use quality materials. Just read about our urbanomics.
What if I break a part of the bag?
See our warranty page to see if it's covered. We do have some spare parts so just contact customer service and we'll send it to you if we have it on hand.
